Depersonalization: A Dissociative disorders

Dissociative disorder includes issues with memory, personality, feeling, insight, conduct and ability to be self aware. Dissociative side effects can possibly disturb each space of mental working. Dissociative personality issue is related with overpowering encounters, horrendous mishaps or potentially misuse that happened in adolescence. Dissociative character issue was recently alluded to as various behavioral conditions.
Dissociative disorder may divide into four different types. (i) Dissociative amnesia, (ii) Dissociative fugue, (iii) Depersonalisation disorder, (iv) Dissociative identity disorder.
The exact reason of dissociative disorder is still unclear, but generally it seems in those people who have gone through a several traumatic experience such as: child abuse, violence, family problems, war etc. People suffering from dissociative disorder can feel like detachment from self or identity, a sense of the world not being real, mind going blank and many more.
People should develop more coping skills to pivot away from dissociation. They should learn to try some grounding movements and to try adapting support animal.
Psychotherapy is the primary treatment for those who are suffering from dissociative disorder. Psychotherapy is also known as psychological therapy, talk therapy or counseling. In this treatment people suffering from the disorder can share their feelings and mental illness related issues with health professionals. Direct Medications is not possible to treat dissociative disorder. Acute disorder and post traumatic stress disorder have some symptoms of dissociative disorder like amnesia and depersonalization or derealization
Trauma related dissociation is described as a ‘mental escape’ when physical escape is not at all possible. Suicide attempts and self injury attempts are common among the people suffering from dissociative disorder.
